o:125 Migrant Workers in Austria and Europe. Challenges for Industrial Relations, in particular Trade Unions Study supported by the Anniversary Fund of the Oesterreichische Nationalbank en The focus of this research is on socio‐economic, institutional and legal ramifications of Austrian trade unions and their policy towards migrant workers. We analyse the changing role of migrants in the Austrian labour market and the implications for union policy.
